    Brad,

    My name is Dan Tirabassi, one of my best friends is the head gymnastics coach at USU, Jeff Richards. Jeff’s office number is 797-1494. I’ve been trying to get him to come check CFCV for a while now. I also used to coach for that team way back in the 90’s. Anyway, I think the Barbells for Boobs thing would be something that a women’s athletics team could get behind and it could probably help get more exposure for the B4B in Cache Valley. Being a former Loganite, I’d love to see CFCV and USU gymnastics benefit from it.

    I go to CrossFit Dixie……and I love CrossFit so much!!! My cousin joined Cache Valley CrossFit because I told her how awesome it is. She has been doing it for a couple of weeks and loves it so much. I am curious what workouts you do everyday so is it possible for you to post them on your website everyday? I would love that! Thanks :).

    Hello! I am in town from Wyoming visiting some friends. I currently workout at Crossfit307 in Casper. I was hoping I could catch a wod on Monday morning before I head back. Do you have a drop in rate and are there any spots available in the early morning time slots?
