  • 6:15PM** No 6:15PM Class on Thurs  & Friday

Saturday: 8:00AM & 9:00AM

Sunday: 9:00AM

    The word is, you guys have a good program. I run a Fire crew for the Forest Service and spend way too much time behind a desk this time of year. I would like to give crossfit a try, what is the best way for me to get started?

      The best way to get started is to contact Brad Thorne at (435) 760-0024 or via e-mail at brad@crossfitcachevalley.com. You are invited to attend one of our free introductory CrossFit classes, offered every Saturday at 9 AM. After the workout you will be given an overview of the program and will have an opportunity to have all of your questions answered.
