Am I Being Judged?

CFCV athletes hit the Box each day for many reasons. The common thread: Improvement of fitness level.

CFCV trainers strictly enforce movement standards to ensure that CFCV athletes are getting full credit for their work. Proper technique with full range of motion rewards the athlete with the most efficient, SAFE and productive movements.

Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.  These three important aspects of Crossfit are paramount to yielding the greatest benefit from the Crossfit experience.

Once CFCV athletes consistently demonstrate their dedication to CFCV movement standards, they are able to begin increasing their intensity, ie: using more weight and/or doing WODs as Rx’d. Their improved fitness levels are evidenced by new personal records and through improved health and vitality at home, work and play.
