Remember Your Nutrition!

Just look around and you will see CFCV athletes working hard at the Box. One week into the new year and many have posted January goals on the Goal Board and some have reached your goals already! CFCV provides the programming, coaching and guidance that will enable you to reach your goals.  It’s up to you to lay the groundwork!

As you work toward your goals, CFCV would like to remind you of the key role nutrition plays in training and recovery. What you eat and how your body utilizes your food choices affects your training and your life outside the Box.  To help you remember your nutrition, CFCV will soon be launching its 3rd Nutrition Challenge.  More information will be posted soon. In the meantime, prepare yourself with knowledge by browsing the “Nutrition Websites” links on the right side of the blog.  For some great meal ideas, check out the Meal of the Day posted at the top right of the blog–every day is a new dish!
