Challenge Baseline WOD

The Challenge WOD had us all feeling like Newbies again! Throw in a couple 400M runs/rows and CFCV athletes now have a baseline to use to measure our performance with at the end of the Challenge!  Check back in 12 weeks to see how clean nutrition helps our performance!

‘challenge baseline’

2 Rounds for time:

10x jumping pullups
15x pushups (games standard)
20x situps
30x squats
400M run or 400M row
