Skill Work – The OHS

The overhead squat is known as the ultimate core strength exercise.  Solid technique is the key and a rock solid squat is the necessary base.

Want to develop more speed and power?  Work on this skill! Make a little time after your WODs to add some weight to your bar and work with your CFCV trainers on your form so you’ll be ready when the OHS pops up in the WOD! You can read more about overhead squats here.
