CFCV pulls for a good cause

August 15, 2009

The event, organized by Logan City Police, Cache County Sheriff’s Office and the Utah Highway Patrol, welcomed anyone who wants to test their strength to join a team and take turns pulling a 40,000 pound truck over 20 feet for the fastest time.  Crossfit Cache Valley was one of the sponsors and fielded 3 teams.  We were proud to support and help raise funds for Special Olympics Utah.

Check out more photos from the event here.

What an amazing community we have at CrossFit.  I thank each and every one of you for your commitment and being a part of something different.  One of the elements that makes CrossFit so effective is that the group brings the energy level through both competition and support to a level that you can’t achieve any other way.  You guys are what it’s all about!  (For those who are interested, the race results are posted here.)
